2. Description of Service

BreedTracker is a web-based software platform designed to help dog breeders manage their breeding programs. The Service includes features such as heat cycle tracking, progesterone timing guidance, litter management, customer waitlists, and related tools. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding breeding outcomes or predictions.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

• Any errors or inaccuracies in heat cycle predictions
• Any breeding outcomes or decisions based on the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Heat cycle predictions and breeding timing guidance are estimates only and should not replace professional veterinary advice.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.
