Compare the features included in BreedTracker's free plan with the additions in Pro. Check litter limits and understand the locked panels you see in the app.

Everything you record in BreedTracker is yours on either plan. Pro adds the things listed below, and nothing else.

Features included in the free plan

• Unlimited dogs.
• Heats and progesterone.
• Litters, puppies, weights, and growth charts.
• Customers, waitlist, and applications.
• The public litter page and the buyer portal.
• Invoices, payment records, and uploaded signed contracts.
• Health clearances, the pedigree with hand-entered parents, notes, and files.
• Three reports: Puppy Disposition Board, Sales Pipeline & Sources, and Waitlist & Reservations.

Features Pro adds

• Unlimited litters, with no yearly cap.
• Sending contracts for e-signature, at $1 for each contract sent. The filled PDF download stays free.
• Twelve more reports, and CSV or Excel export on all fifteen.
• Adding a dog from its registration certificate, with the form filled in for you to check.
• Reading a pedigree certificate into the pedigree, four generations deep.
• Expected litter COI and DNA results: a pedigree calculation with ancestry coverage. Record provider genomic COI reports for individual dogs and exact pairings.
• Dashboard analytics: Recent Payments, Cash Ledger, Dam Analytics, Sale Velocity, Litter Size Trend, and Pairing History.
• Pipeline analytics on the Customers page: the funnel, conversion, waitlist aging, and referral sources.
• Heat interval analysis on a dog's page, against the breed-typical range.
• Neonatal analytics on a litter: the % of birth view, the Daily Gain Heatmap, and the Neonatal tab.
• Priority support, which is a promise from the team rather than a setting in the app.

How the free plan litter limit works

The free plan allows four litters per calendar year. A litter counts on the day you create it in BreedTracker, not on its whelp date. Deleting a litter restores its place in the allowance. The count starts again on January 1.

At three litters you see a note on the dashboard. At four, the Add litter button opens Litter limit reached instead.

Recognize a locked feature

A locked panel stays where it is on the page. It is there behind a blur, under a ★ Pro mark, its name, and an Upgrade › link. Your own numbers are behind that blur. Pro unlocks those analytics.

On the Reports page, each locked report carries a Pro badge and still opens. What opens is a panel reading Revenue Summary is a Pro report, with Upgrade to Pro under it.

The three free reports open as usual. Their Export menu is the locked part, and it offers Upgrade to export.

Subscription prices and billing

Pro is $14.95 a month or $149.95 a year at today's prices. You upgrade in Settings under Billing, with Upgrade to Pro. Nothing is deleted if you go back to the free plan.
