2 minute readPro planUpdated September 2026

Find unpaid puppy invoices in the Deposit & Balance Aging report, ordered by balance due. Review overdue amounts and approaching go-home dates, then open the invoice to follow up.

Why it matters

  • Review every open invoice balance, aged from its due date.
  • It flags the family whose puppy goes home within a week with money still owed.
  • The report uses your existing invoices, so you have no separate balance list to maintain.

Open the Deposit & Balance Aging report

  1. Open Reports and select Deposit & Balance Aging under Financial.
  2. Read the four tiles at the top: Outstanding, Open invoices, At-risk go-homes, and 60+ days overdue.

Read outstanding balances and overdue amounts

Under the tiles, Open balances gives one row for each invoice with money still owed. The biggest balance sits at the top.

The Open balances card on a phone: one card per invoice, giving the buyer, litter, balance due, aging, go-home and contract.

Aging counts from the invoice's due date, so Current means it is not yet due. A red Go-home means the puppy leaves within seven days with a balance owing.

Open an invoice or export outstanding balances

Select a row to open that invoice. Record the payment there when it arrives, or copy the public link and send the invoice again. Export at the top gives the same list as CSV or Excel, with each family's email and due date.
